Really loosens wax, and is a great product. My dog had been scratching at his ears, even though I regularly clean them, so I knew there must have been hardened wax, and this product is fantastic for softening and loosening the wax so that it is easy to clean the ears properly.
We used this once. And almost instantaneously wiped out a big clump of ear wax from Rufus guinea pig's ear. And amazingly, both piggies' ears were lovely and soft and clean the next day. Even the ear flaps. Although I only dropped two drops in each ear canal, and only swipes the cotton bud inside the ears, not the ear flaps.
This herbal drops Ear formula is a good natural ear cleansing and maintenance substitute. I have just started using it as I have a sensation of fullness in one ear, so I will see what happens. Also, my cat had a twitching ear a while ago and was administered some synthetic chemical drops by the vet. When she inevitably shook out the residual drops from her ear, over the week, it had accumulated on her neck, near collar, and had burnt some of her hair off! That is not something I would use again and will gladly administer these herbal ear drops if she were to develop an ear twitch again. I will also use it to clean out her ear wax in the near future.

I found the product was excellent. You must remember to keep cleaning the ears, though...as the wax comes out. I didn't..got too busy...and then had a heavy job of cleaning, which taxed Ted's friendship with me.(grin) It works.

Ted no longer scratches his ears or shakes his head.
Before, there were dirts, which were brown in colour around my puppy's ears. After applying this, her ears back to pink and no more dirts come out. It was great that can apply as often and whenever needed.
