Within a short time, markers such as blood pressure regulation, oxygen levels, and kidney function improved. The patient’s temperature also stabilised.
According to the report, after 12 days of sodium ascorbate support, the patient was able to be removed from assisted ventilation. Within 22 days, they were discharged from hospital with no noted complications. These observations were published as part of a broader study examining vitamin C’s role in critical illness.

I am not sure how well or how fast the med works. But i did see a significant improvement in the discharge in my dog after a few days use. I have been using it for my dog now for 2 weeks. i think the instructions are not clear as to how long one should continue to administer this med to the dog with pyometra symptoms. I guess until she is back to 100% health, which she seems really good now. I can't see any infection.
