Getting enough MAGNESIUM and POTASSIUM ?
A new meta-analysis of previous research finds magnesium help keep blood pressure under control. Go slowly and build up this mineral - Magnesium- in the body. Or buy Magnesium glycinate or magnesium Taurate caps and Potassium (add powder to meals twice daily).
