Add natural B complex (for reducing stress).  Add "Bee Pollen granules" in meals, which is a natural form of B complex. Adding a pinch (several grains) for toy dog, cat or small pet similar size. Or for small to med pets, 1 teaspoon, or larger pets add 1 tablespoon in daily meals - daily.

For the Nervous system - add Vitamin B-6 (p5) powder from capsules -  Thorne Research Brand is best one. Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) is often used to treat nausea and vomiting, like anxiety. Boosting your levels may also help with motion sickness, though more research is needed in this area.
SUPPLEMENT DOSAGE:  Small to med dog - 1/2 powder of the capsule twice a day for 2 weeks before or even and during travelling. Use a full capsule of the powder for larger pets.
