Colic in Pets

Colic refers to abdominal pain caused by irritation, inflammation, obstruction, or dysfunction of the gastrointestinal tract.

It is a clinical sign, not a diagnosis, and can range from mild discomfort to a medical emergency.

How to Use

• For small pets: Traditionally, repeated small doses were given at close intervals, with many carers reporting noticeable ease after the third or fourth repeat.
  

• For horses or farm animals: Add several drops or a few granules into a 1–5 litre bottle filled with clean water. Gently shake or stir for a minute before use. This water can then be poured into a dam or added by the cupful into a trough.
  
  

• Repeat this process once or twice weekly as part of a regular care routine.
  
  It is safe if other animals drink from the same water source.
